FAA CMR 114 part 107 certification study, how to read a METAR (which the closest I can find is: METeorological Aerodrome Report), it is the most common format in the world for the transmission of observational weather data.
What I do is I go to NOAA’s “Aviation Weather Service” which has, amongst other reports, the METAR.
Get the raw data, and compare it with the decoded data… over & over & over until you can read the METARS 🙂
